Cancellation & Program Policies

Weekly Tutoring (Zoom & In-Person)

To ensure consistency and availability for all students:

  • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session 
  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and not refunded 
  • No-shows will be charged in full 

We appreciate your understanding, as time slots are reserved specifically for each student.

Camps (Seasonal Programs)

Due to our small group sizes and limited availability, we are unable to accommodate last-minute cancellations.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the start of camp to receive a refund (minus any non-refundable deposit, if applicable) 
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date 
  • No refunds or credits will be given for missed days or no-shows 

Our small-group model allows us to provide a personalized and high-quality experience for each child.
